1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
Welcome to RAW Expo Studios, the radio streaming and digital media platform operated by Right And Wrong Exposure, Inc., doing business as RAW Expo Studios (“RAW Expo Studios,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RAW Expo Studios Radio App, including our mobile applications available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, our radio streaming services, digital media, audio programming, news content, interviews, entertainment, and any related features or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the application and uninstall it from your device.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms under applicable law.

You are responsible for your internet connectivity, mobile data usage, and any charges imposed by your internet service provider or mobile carrier.

All content and materials owned by RAW Expo Studios or Right And Wrong Exposure, Inc. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your download and use of the application through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must also comply with the applicable platform rules.
Additional terms for Apple App Store users
If you download the application through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Right And Wrong Exposure, Inc., not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the application or its content, except as required by applicable law. To the extent required by Apple's applicable terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application unless required by law or a separate agreement.
Any applicable warranty or claim concerning the application will be handled as required by law and the applicable platform terms.
Additional terms for Android users
If you download the application through Google Play, you must comply with the applicable Google Play terms and policies.
Google is not the operator of RAW Expo Studios and does not become responsible for our independent programming, editorial decisions, or business operations merely because the application is distributed through Google Play.
Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer rights or applicable platform requirements.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET EVERY USER'S EXPECTATIONS, THAT ALL CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM ALL ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS A WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED OR LIMITED.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIGHT AND WRONG EXPOSURE, INC., ITS DBA RAW EXPO STUDIOS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
SUCH DAMAGES MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSIONS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IT DOES NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR OTHER NONWAIVABLE RIGHTS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THE RELEVANT LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMITTED.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right And Wrong Exposure, Inc., doing business as RAW Expo Studios, and its officers, employees, and authorized representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from:
Your unlawful use of the Services.
Your material violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.
Content you submit or distribute through the Services in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.
17. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue your access to all or part of the Services if reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, a security risk, legal requirements, platform requirements, or operational considerations.

You may stop using the application at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling it from your device.

Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination to the extent permitted by law.
